Returns Made Simple

We understand that issues can occasionally occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we'll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.

  • Products returned without proof may not be eligible for replacement.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately with your order number, photographs, and an unboxing video. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost.

3. Refund Policy

After the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

Important Information

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

  • Products must be returned with all original accessories, labels, and packaging.

  • Zyvanea Beauty reserves the right to reject return requests that do not comply with this policy.
